In 1995 Scott Kincaid opened the doors of Kincaid Industries. He worked 14-15 hours a day to build his company. The next year, Kincaid Industries increased to three employees, then to eighteen employees. Currently the company employs 55-75 employees depending on the workload. In 1997 Kincaid Industries Company incorporated with Scott Kincaid as President.

The combined years of experience in the construction industry in the corporate office is in excess of 150 years, with many of the field foreman and journeyman having more than twenty years in the plumbing industry.
Kincaid Industries Inc.'s projects include institutions, schools, prisons and public agencies with a division of light commercial building in the Coachella Valley. Kincaid Industries has projects across Southern California.
Kincaid Industries Co. Inc. currently has a C36 plumbing license and an A general engineering license. We are approved to train apprentices by both the Associated Builders and Contractors Apprenticeship Committee and Associated General Contractors Apprenticeship Committee. Kincaid has an average of 7-9 apprentices training with our journeyman to be the craftsman of the future.
